Project 366 2020 – WEEK 31

Bismillah Hir Rahman Ir Raheem

Peace and blessings be upon you all

Sunday, 26th July

I can finally play Tomb Raider after so long!! The last Tomb Raider game I played was the one before this, according to the story line. It’s a very fun game and I love watching Lara’s relationship with her father, climbing and swinging and dodging, and exploring tombs and solving puzzles there. It’s exciting!

Monday, 27th July

Here’s how Lara looks like. From all the outfits I could choose for her to wear, I loved this one.

Tuesday, 28th July

Did you listen to Alexandra Ocasio Cortez’s speech about demanding accountability for men abusing womem? It was by far one of the best speeches I’ve ever heard. Such calm demeanor yet heavy striking words.

Wednesday, 29th July

Snapchat made a cute gesture of wishing me Eid-ul-Adha Mubarak beforehand.

Thursday, 30th July

I had another online exam today of Special Senses module which went great Alhamdulillah. As a treat(ish), I went out with Mama for our weekly trip to the city. Here’s a view of the Margalla Hills under the cloudy sky.

Friday, 31st July

Put on a happy face.

Saturday, 1st August

Happy Eid Mubarak to all the Muslims out there and a Happy day to everyone!!! May Allah shower us this Eid with blessings and comfort, protect us from illness and sadness, forgive our sins and bring us closer to Him 😇😇😇

Tomb Raider has changed a bit since I last played it about 20 years ago. lol It sounds like you’re enjoying it.
I heard Alexandra Ocasio Cortez’s speech and thought she’s amazing!
Fab photos! Happy Eid-ul-Adha Mubarak to you too x

I hope you had an enjoyable Eid. That speech does sound very powerful. So glad to hear your online exam went well too, that must have been a relief.

Happy Eid al-Adha 2020! The sheep in masks look so cute! You’re a dedicated gamer. I’ve never played Lara Croft. The only game I play is Wizards Unite on my iPhone, and find it quite addictive. Glad to hear your exam went well. The mountains look imposing. I haven’t heard the speech, but the message sounds important.

I used to watch my stepdad play tomb raider on the PlayStation…I love to watch my hubby play video games now too.
I love Alexandra Ocasio Cortez, every single time I watch her speak she amazes me. She is spot on each and every time, her questions are clear and direct and she demands answers. I love her.

laughed at the sheep in the mask. Glad you have found a game you like to keep you amused. Nice you found the accountability speech inspiring, shame we need to tell humans how to behave towards each other.

I hope the online exam went well – going for a treat afterwards was a super idea! I’ve not played Tomb Raider in many years, but expect the graphics are amazing now! Hope you had a lovely Eid and celebrated in style! Hope you are all having a lovely week! Sim x
