Project 366 2020 – WEEK 7

Bismillah Hir Rahman Ir Raheem

Peace and blessings be upon you all

Sunday, 9th February

I missed out on taking pictures on Sunday and Monday due to my forgetfulness so I took two pictures of the sky with its transitional colours on Wednesday as early as 6:30am.

Monday, 10th February

Tuesday, 11th February

I watched 1917 today with my parents. I really liked the movie: the plot was simple yet engaging and how the entire movie was made as a single shot centered around the soldiers was amazing. There wasn’t a moment when one was bored and gave a good concept of what happens in war.

Wednesday, 12th February

We had a free period and a friend was in the mood for pancakes so we went to The Pancakes in I-8 Markaz. I had a waffle and tasted her pancake. They were good; i don’t knoe if they were great but they were good. Also, I love the interior of the place.

Thursday, 13th February

My work for SIST continues: I visited SZABIST in between classes to give them an invite to SIST. Afterwards, I took a picture for Project 366 and also because the building’s architecture was very interesting.

Friday, 14th February

After a long day at college which included a 5 hour long break for I don’t know what reason, I hung out at my friend’s house till night, talking about random stuff about college and life.

Saturday, 15th February

My batch went on a trip today to Lalazar Wildlife Park and Mushkpuri. We left early in the morning and returned 12 hours later. There wasn’t any snow in Murree but as we ascended, there was alot of it.

We sang and danced to songs in both the bus rides. At the park, we went hiking from there (with the help of a rented walking stick) followed by sliding down the snow, food, intense snow fights, batch photograph and a wholesome cup of hot chocolate.

I didn’t have breakfast because I have motion sickness during high altitude rides so my breakfast, lunch and indirectly dinner happened at the park.

That looks like a lot of snow! It sounds like you had fun. I haven’t been tempted to watch 1917, but my husband wants to see it. It’s good to hear that you enjoyed it, I might have to give it a go!

Those sunrises are pretty. 1917 does sound like such an interesting film. It’s been a long time since I last went to the cinema. What a lot of snow at the wildlife park. Sounds like you had a fun time. #project366

Nice to leave the real world behind and go away for the day and just be care free, sounds like my idea of fun.
Seen bits on 1917 and looks interesting but like Mary I will wait till it comes out on DVD,
A 5 hr break??? hardly seems worth going in.

The first two sky images look like watercolour paintings. I haven’t watched 1917, but will do so, once it comes to Netflix or Amazon Prime for free. I only go to the cinema with my son. The ceiling flower arrangement looks curious.
That’s quite a good amount of snow! We haven’t had any snow this winter so far.
