There’s nothing like a lazy weekend with Shawshank Redemption.

Although I restrict my last meal till exact 7pm, I couldn’t resist some fish and chips with honey mustard sauce! I may regret it but it’s totally worth it.

Here’s a view of the Margalla Hills from a bridge across Express Highway/Faisal Avenue. On the right is a forest-like area and on the left are where multiple schools, colleges and universities are located. As you head on the Highway, you will reach Faisal Mosque.

I was free for an hour so I decided to take a stroll in the jogging track in front of my college. It’s quite big and shows significant transitions between seasons, as you can see there are alot of bare trees and brown, flaky leaves.

A friend of mine went for Umra, (Islamic pilgrimage to Khaana Ka’abah/Holy Mosque in Makkah) and when she returned, she gave each of her friends (and me) a packet containing dates and Aaab-e-Zam Zam (Holy Water from the Zam Zam well). Pilgrims tend to send dates and water to friends and family to share the joy and blessing of Umrah with others

Ever wondered what your abdomen looks like? Here’s a model showing the C-shaped duodenum, pancreas behind it, superior mesenteric artery and vein coming out between them and the large intestine.

My weekend breakfast always starts with a nice hot bowl of cereal.

So nice to have a lazy weekend. I haven’t had hot cereal since I was a child – seeing your photo makes me want to try it again! The jogging track at your college looks like a nice place for a stroll. #project366

One of my favourite films, I could listen to Morgan Freeman for hours. Love dates! #366

The abdomen is a very complicated thing! How lovely of your friend to bring you back the dates and water. Funnily enough, I saw your picture of the trees and thought how green they looked! Ours are literally all bare, they look very different from the trees in your photo.

It is complicated. Right now the trees are mixed; bare and leafy both together. The weather is becoming less cold here day by day

My husband outs hot milk on his breakfast and the smell turns my stomach, have always hated the smell of hot milk.
The dates and water are a lovely idea. how nice of your friend to include you in Umra.
We have walking paths round the hospital, nice for you to get out in the fresh air and . stretch your legs in between classes.
