Sunday, 5th January
I’m continuing on my weight loss regime where I’m trying to bring my BMI to the normal value of 22 (range 18-22). Currently my BMI is 24.7 and I want to reduce my weight to 61kg and stabilise it there. It’s going well so far. I eat between 12-7pm and fast the rest of the day (except on weekends when I have breakfast at 7am) and I try to exercise whenever I can. I’ve stopped having bread and only have two tablespoons of rice a day for its fiber content so my carb intake is low. My dinner is only soup/salad, fruit and nuts. Hence I try to maintain a healthy way of losing weight.

Tuesday, 7th January
When my dog scares away the cats. Unfortunately for my dog, they ran up this tree so all she could do was look up and bark at them. Perks of dogs not climbing up trees?
Wednesday, 8th January
I was exhausted from college today yet we had to do some shopping in the city so my day wasn’t over yet. Here’s a view of the Margalla Hills and a strange yet beautiful layer of grey clouds amidst the white clouds, expressing Allah’s beauty without bounds.
Thursday, 9th January
I woke up at around 6:45am so my dog could go out and do its business. Here’s another view of Allah’s beauty through His elegant orange shaded clouds.
Friday, 10th January
I woke up early today and noticed that winter wanted to be embraced by the plant…..and our car windows.
Saturday, 11th January
Alhamdulillah, my weight has decreased further and my BMI decreased to 24. Just two more points to go!
