As I mentioned in the previous post, there are 11 questions remaining that I’ll answer here:

1. DO YOU BLOG FOR FUN OR TO MAKE MONEY ?

For fun. It’s a wonderful medium of self-expression, thought processing and amusing myself.

2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MUSICAL (or LIVE THEATER PRODUCTION) ?

Locally, my favorite live theatre production is Siachen by Anwar Maqsood which was very touching and hilarious at the same time. Internationally, my favorite musical was at Disney World Florida’s Animal Kingdom called ‘Finding Nemo’. It was so colourful and beautiful and the performance was amazing!

3. JUST HOW MANY LICKS DOES IT TAKE TO GET TO THE CENTER OF A TOOTSIE POP ?

Too many!! It’s a never ending series of licks. That’s one reason why I don’t eat tootsie/lollipops anymore. Sometimes there’s gum at the center of it; so not worth it.

4. WHEN YOU GO GROCERY SHOPPING ARE YOU ABOUT BRANDS OR WHATEVER IS CHEAPEST ?

Brands. There are specific brands I like and usually buy; but if there’s an emergency then I choose the cheapest to lessen the burden of wasting money on something that may not be worth it.

5. DO YOU PREFER TO LISTEN TO, DANCE TO OR SING ALONG TO MUSIC ?

I prefer to do all three, along with twirling my fingers, rocking my head here and there, and choreograph steps in my mind to the music with my troupe dancing exactly the way I want it to. I sing (alone) with expressions as if I’m giving a love concert and dance (usually in my mind) as if I’m on a top class dance competition.

6. ANY CRAZY IDEAS ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?

To travel to every square area of the world. Every street, every bridge, in every country of the world big or small. I want to lay my eyes on every piece of land on God’s Green Earth.

7. MY ALL TIME FAVORITE HORROR ANTHOLOGY ON TV WAS NIGHT GALLERY, WHAT IS YOURS ?

I’m not sure about horror anthology as I don’t watch alot of horror movies and shows (since they’re not scary so it’s pointless) but my all time favorite horror movie is The Exorcist. The details involved in making the possessed girl look so vicious and scary was highly commendable.

8. IF YOU HAD A LOUSY RELATIONSHIP WITH A MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY AND THEY WERE TRAPPED IN A CAR THAT MAY EXPLODE, WOULD YOU TRY TO SAVE THEM ?

I’d be quite the sadist if I said no 😛 if there was anyone in the car, even a murderer, I’d save them without blinking an eye. It’s not upto me how people’s behavior can change.

9. IF YOU HAD THE POWER TO CHANGE ONE THING IN YOUR COUNTRY WHAT WOULD IT BE ?

Materialism. It has crushed our economy because of politicians wanting to have more and more, and it has effected people’s relationships with each other as they judge, express their opinions and push each other to do things that are not even important. It shouldn’t matter that someone should buy branded clothes every other week; what’s important is that one is spiritually striving to be better everyday. Like Thorin in The Hobbit said,

“If people valued family above all else, this world would be a merrier place.”

10. WHAT DAY DO YOU ENJOY CELEBRATING THE MOST ?

Eid. I love it as friends and family unite, dress with vibrant colours and overall have a great time together

11. IS THERE A HEAVEN ?

There is. Heaven lies in my home where I find peace. Heaven lies under my mother’s feet. Heaven lies on my friend’s shoulder I find comfort on. Heaven is all around me waiting for me when I travel. Heaven lies in those moments where life tries so hard to tear me apart yet I remember how to smile those troubles away.

More importantly, there is a Heaven I hope Allah lets me enter when I die, the Heaven I try hard to reach everyday. The Heaven where rivers gush and vast meadows lie everywhere where you can have whatever you please.
