Project 365 2019 – WEEK 40

Bismillah Hir Rahman Ir Raheem

Peace and blessings be upon you all

Sunday, 29th September

Today was a lazy morning watching my favorite movie, Loving Vincent, a story about the life and death of famous artist, Vincent Van Gogh. What’s amazing about this movie is its story but more than that, the entire movie is painted! A total of 65000 paintings, 12 paintings per scene, have been made by a large group of artists in the memory of the famous painter.

If you haven’t seen it yet, what are you waiting for? It is truly a masterpiece!

Monday, 30th September

Here’s a marker sketch of the cross section of two types of arteries we are supposed to draw. I’d draw it and show you my drawing but I have a lot of syllabus to cover for my module exam on Monday so I have no time to waste.

Tuesday, 1st October

This is Clay. Clay says hi.

Wednesday, 2nd October

Today I learnt how to manually measure blood pressure. I’ve gotten alot of experience palpating the brachial artery from where blood pressure is measured. I mistakenly put the cuff on the wrong way around so that when I used the pump, only one part of it would inflate and the pressure wouldn’t rise. I thought all three instruments I tested were faulty but it turned out I wrapped the cuff the wrong way. Silly me.

However, once I got that right, I was able to measure the blood pressure easily on my first try. You want your blood pressure taken? Come to me!

Thursday, 3rd October

Say hello to my three childhood friends (since I love both the shows) who chill out on a cabiney in my room.

Friday, 4th October

Let your taste buds tingle while you take in the sight of this delicious pizza.

Saturday, 5th October

When your colony treats you to a fighter plane placed in the center of the round about.

  1. You certainly don’t expect to see a fighter plane on a roundabout! The pizza looks delicious. The Vincent Van Gogh film sounds really good. I’ve never seen it. Good luck with the exams!

  2. just what you expect to see in the middle of a roundabout….I would have thought that was quite distracting and likely to cause accidents.
lol at the muddle with the manual blood pressure, easy mistake to make but this is why students learn to do it manually so there is no panic when the electronic ones go down.
